Should our product require repair, our Customer Service department provides prompt service. Warranty repairs are performed without charge. Products out of warranty are repaired at very moderate prices.

Customer Service can be reached by phone and email, Monday – Friday, Pacific Time, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Our goal is to respond, either by email or phone, the same day you contact us. Our support team will examine your situation and determine the most effective solution.

Return Material Authorization Request Form

If you need to return a product to ADL Embedded Solutions, you will need to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first. If you need to return a product to ADL Embedded Solutions, you will need to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first.
